TV addictions

I'm trying to just keep it to LOST and Battlestar Galactica, so it's nice that as one series is beginning (LOST), another series just had their seasonal finale until January (Battlestar Galatica). I'm kinda glad actually that I still dislike about 90% of the stuff on TV, because it really is a big blackhole that sucks away time.

Thank goodness we live in the age of DVDs, TiVo, and BitTorrent.

LOST fan geek note

The sum of the mysterious numbers [4 8 15 16 23 42] is 108 (which appeared briefly in the Season 2 premiere), is a number that has a very fascinating history. I don't subscribe to the validity of numerology, but it is strange to see how often this number has popped up in human culture... Wikipedia has the short breakdown of it here.
