People aren't as stupid as you think...

...they're much, much more idiotic than you could ever conceive.

Years of face to face work in customer-service related jobs has taught me that, and just in case I ever tried to forget that fact and restore my belief in humanity, I come to work and encounter reminders of the opposite. Just thought I'd remind this blog and the world that little fact too.

Oh well, eh?

In completely unrelated news, my church's youth leaders retreat is this weekend. I hear we're going off to the peninsula... wheeee.
