Briefly content (at least my stomach anyways).
I'm munching on some delicious chicken katsu from a local Korean-owned teriyaki joint by my house named Miako's. I swear, this place makes the BEST katsu. I eaten at tons of places during my college career and their's is simply the best- the perfect combination of tender, well-cooked chicken and crunchy breading. I must discover their secret... plus the barbeqye sauce they serve with it is the bomb too, a heavenly mix of spicy, sweet, and salty. Mmmm... The little things, the little things... |
