for Auntie Amy



It's odd, but I was just looking at this picture when I heard the news. Where ever you are now Auntie, I hope at least you can finally see Dad again. I know what happened broke your heart and made you cry.

Thanks for all the chocolate milkshakes, french fries from McDonald's, and those warm Oakland summer afternoons when you and Uncle Tommy used babysit me and Moi-Moi, just like you used to help take care of Dad after grandma passed on.

Rest in peace, Auntie. I'll always love and remember you.
