Sushi night...

Well, sushi night finally went off tonight at BASIC. All that scrambling around paid off, and I was lucky enough to have Shiv helping out. As expected, attendance by the kids was a little smaller because a lot of the schools have their homecoming dances tonight. Amazing how many of the kids have never had the chance to make sushi before, so Kristie, Kenny, myself and the other counselors had to put on a little demo for them. We didn't have anything too fancy, but we did have lots of SPAM for spam musubi... yummm. I made a special spam musubi with this imitation crab we had... heh.

I should be more sleepy than I am right now, but I think had too much tea to keep me awake for the drive home from church. =P
